How Obesity can ruin your life?

Obesity is something that is not good for you.

Obesity can be described as the body weight of a person which is much higher than what is considered healthy.

Why does Obesity occur? The main cause of Obesity is an energy imbalance. That means that the calorie intake is much higher than the amount your body is asking for because of which your body expands or your body burns less amount of calories, compared to the intake.

And if you consume more calories than required, it will be stored in your body as fat. But if you burn an appropriate amount of calories, your body will be stable and will lose weight.

But why has Obesity become such a big problem?

If we have a look at the society we live in, food is readily available. Nevertheless, the food that is available is not even considered 40% healthy. But only because we belong to a very busy life and have so much pressure on our self we tend to bend our food rules.

One more reason why obesity is so common now is because of the easy and the high availability of fatty foods around us. Fast food joints and hot dog stands are found on every corner of the street.

Apart from all this our lifestyle also has a very huge impact on our growing problems. We are living in a world of quick and unrealistic society. We do not include any physical activity or healthy regime which would help us. We opt for quick and ready frozen meals, which are definitely filling, but have the least amount of energy.

What should we do now?

We at first need to change the way we live.

Opt for a healthy lifestyle.

Start regular exercise or at least regular walks.

Enhance your nutritional eating program, talk to a dietitian and plan out our eating habits.

Take a day out and stock your refrigerator with fresh fruits and vegetables, that way you will always eat something that is healthy.

Make sure you stop buying and resist the urge to buy unhealthy foods.

Put up posters in and around your house, which will boost your will to keep the new diet going.

Avoid eating in front of the television, as it makes you eat more that your body needs.

Join a workout group in the neighboring park or garden. Meet them and indulge it in your lifestyle.

If ever you lose you hope and end up eating what you should not, don\’t worry, restart from where you had stopped. Keep the thoughts strong and mind straight.

Pamper yourself every once a while. Probably one day in a week you can eat one thing that you like. That way you won\’t be too harsh on yourself.
